Good things come in trees

When it comes to building homes and creating lifestyles, the iParmar Group is a trusted name in the real estate industry. This trust stems from the group’s commitment to providing quality homes all the while taking the environment into consideration. Sustainability has always been a core principle at iParmar. Every development seeks to conserve energy and natural resources while creating environments that deepen our appreciation of-and connection to-the natural environment.

So it’s no surprise that the group has taken the initiative actively participate in observing World Environment Day. This year, on World Environment Day, iParmar has planned a tree distribution drive on a large scale. This initiative involves the residents of its latest residential venture – River Residency.

A tree whose flowers bloom in the summer, the silver oak is highly recommended for landscapes and gardens to add a dash of beauty to the outdoors. The silver oak requires minimum maintenance and is one of the fastest growing trees. 400 silver oak saplings will be distributed to the residents who will be given the responsibility to nurture and take care of the sapling for one year.

To observe World Environment Day next year, they will plant these saplings along the property of River Residency. River Residency, located in Chikali, is a 34 acre project situated along the banks of the Indryani River. Made up 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments, this project is nestled amidst a 25 acre green zone.

Care for the environment involves great dedication and long term commitment. And Directors of iParmar, Darshana Parmar Jain and Ishwar Parmar, exhibit a passion and drive to contribute to the preserving the environment. While great planning and execution is of prime importance, they ensure that they always adopt the eco-friendly housing. They are a group that firmly believes in taking less from nature and giving more to it.

A home built for appreciation

River Residency
An offering from the eminent iParmar Group, River Residency is a home that promises appreciation for the discerning homebuyer and the savvy investor, alike. Nestled amidst 34 acres of landscaped greenery, on the banks of the majestic Indrayani, it is bordered by a 25-acre protected green zone that further heightens the sense exclusivity of its lovely locale.

River Residency is located in PCMC-Chikhli, en route to the Talawade IT Park. Chikhali – and the areas that surround it – are currently seeing a spate of development, both, infrastructural and lifestyle. It is strategically located en route to Chakan which is already a major industrial hub, with manufacturing facilities of global automotive giants like Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen already up and running. The Talawade IT Park also lies in close proximity, as does the bustling suburb of Moshi, which is home to the upcoming International Convention Centre.

Designed by the acclaimed Hafeez Contractor, the apartments offer views of the internal green landscaping from one side and flowing vistas of the river from the other. The homes come loaded with lifestyle amenities that promise to enhance every aspect of the residents’ lives; wellness, sporting, leisure and even healthcare.

The ongoing infrastructural development and the location’s relatively undervalued rates coupled with the high style of living River Residency offers make this one of the most attractive real estate investments in the area.

The iParmar Group is one of Pune’s leading construction houses with a slew of award winning structures that have set new standards in construction, infrastructure development and project planning. River Residency is yet another creation that reflects the group’s commitment to building structures that encourage people to connect and flourish in the spaces where they live, work and play.

Eco-conservation initiatives at River Residency

Mr Ishwar Parmar, Chairman & Managing Director of the iParmar Group has been a passionate advocate of conserving energy and preserving the environment; so naturally, these have been paramount criteria while planning the entire 34 acre River Residency project as well as the banks of the serene Indrayani River which flows just near the perimeter.
  • Our project is near the River bank, so the Green and Red Flood Lines (which demarcate the maximum distance from the river which could be affected by exceptional floods, and unprecedented, freak floods respectively) have been marked at site before planning the buildings, as per guidelines of the Irrigation Department and have been approved by the Building Permission & Town Planning Department of PCMC.
  • We are developing a one acre Nature Park on the bank of the river. Around the perimeter we will have Green walls with decorative shrubs.
  • We have a Nursery growing over 10,000 saplings, shrubs and other indigenous plants, to foster a green eco-culture throughout the township. We gifted hundreds of these saplings to our customers on Earth Day, the 5th of June. They will nurture them for a year before planting them on site with each plant bearing their name. This is a unique effort to broad base environment awareness.
  • Throughout the project we are using environment friendly Fly Ash Bricks manufactured on site, which reduces fuel consumption for transportation of finished bricks, as well as pollution due to exhaust emissions.
  • We are preserving water by means of rain water harvesting.
  • Our common street lighting in the project will have CFL tubes, which are much more energy efficient than conventional lighting
  • We are providing solar heated water in the toilet of the Master Bedroom in all the flats thereby saving an enormous amount of energy which would otherwise be expended by hot water boilers or geysers.
